Ads OK Plz | Advertising & Marketing on Instagram: "In 2018, Amazon rolled out its quirky Super Bowl LII spot “Alexa Loses Her Voice” to promote its Alexa voice assistant and Echo devices. When Alexa suddenly couldn’t speak mid-weather update, Jeff Bezos and the team scrambled to fill her role with celebrity stand-ins including Gordon Ramsay, Rebel Wilson, Cardi B and Anthony Hopkins, creating chaos instead of answers. The humour-driven ad highlighted how much everyday life leaned on Alexa while

MEMES on Instagram: "😭😂 Amazon ran a funny 90-second Super Bowl commercial where Alexa suddenly loses her voice, and a panicked Jeff Bezos scrambles to replace her. Instead of the calm AI voice everyone knows, celebrities step in — including Gordon Ramsay yelling insults, Rebel Wilson delivering chaotic dirty humor, and Anthony Hopkins speaking in a creepy Hannibal Lecter tone."

When Alexa temporarily “lost her voice” during Super Bowl, Amazon brought in celebrity stand-ins like Gordon Ramsay, Cardi B, Rebel Wilson, and Anthony Hopkins. Their exaggerated responses turned simple voice commands into funny, relatable moments that showed just how smoothly Alexa usually works. A brief appearance by Jeff Bezos added to the impact. The commercial became a huge hit, topping USA TODAY’s Ad Meter and proving how humor, familiar faces, and a clear product message can create an unf

Marketing Minutes on Instagram: "When Alexa lost her voice, chaos found its sound. In Amazon’s legendary Super Bowl ad, the smartest device in the room went silent, and suddenly Cardi B, Gordon Ramsay, Rebel Wilson and Anthony Hopkins stepped in to help. What followed was a glorious mess of shouting, sass, drama and very questionable advice. Turns out yelling at your smart home doesn’t make it smarter. Set to Nobody Does It Better, the film proved exactly that, nobody really does it better than

BlackLeef Labs on Instagram: "The "Alexa Loses Her Voice" ad is a hilarious take on what happens when Amazon's virtual assistant, Alexa, loses her voice. As the commercial unfolds, celebrities like Gordon Ramsay, Cardi B, Rebel Wilson, and Anthony Hopkins step in to replace Alexa—but their over-the-top responses lead to chaotic and funny results.
