#阿慈整餅 Chiikawa曲奇餅乾簡易製作教學🍪（詳細版在YouTube） 散水餅也可以創意自製🧑‍🍳手殘黨也能學會🤍 材料（大概15至20塊份量）： 牛油 50g 糖霜 15g 煉奶 60g 低筋麵粉 135g 粟米澱粉 朱古力筆 15g 器具： 打蛋器（手動或電動） 麵粉篩 量杯/電子磅 牛油紙 麵包棍 矽膠刮刀（optional） 做法： 1. 準備 50克軟化好的牛油並打發（先將牛油在室溫下靜置約30分鐘） 2. 加入15g 糖霜並打發 3. 加入60g煉乳並打發 4. 加入過篩的 135g低筋麵粉（如果太多可以分兩次或以上加入） 5.加入15g粟米澱粉並壓成麵糰 6. 將麵糰放在牛油紙上，用麵包棍壓平（至大約5mm厚度） 7. 將麵糰放入冰格，冷藏約10分鐘後取出，並預熱焗爐 8. 用模具壓出餅乾外框，再壓出樣子 廚慈人小Tips: 可先用樣子模具沾取一點麵粉才壓上，一共壓兩次，會較容易脫模 9. 將曲奇放入焗爐160度焗15-20分鐘，再反面焗3分鐘 / 或 / 放入氣炸鍋 150度 焗10分鐘再反面焗5分鐘 10. 用熱水座融朱古力筆，並為餅乾上色 11. 先上
